Homemade Meatballs with Sweet Heat Marinade

1 lb of sausage

3/4 cup of plain bread crumbs

1 tbs of dried oregano

3 tbs of granulated garlic

1 tsp of dried thyme

1 tbs of dried basil

1/3 cup of Sweet Heat Marinade

1 egg

Roll into 1 and 1/2 inch balls and place into a greased pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 mins or until done.

Creamy Potato Sweet Heat Jalapeño Bacon Soup

3 lbs potatoes peeled and cubed
1 lb bacon chopped
1/2 jar sweet heat marinade
1/2 cup diced sweet heat jalapeños
8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 medium white onion chopped
6 cloves crushed garlic
1 bunch green onion chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
3 cans chicken broth
1 can of evaporated milk
1 tablespoon cumin

Boil potatoes until soft. Drain and mash. Add all liquids, cream cheese, sour cream, and cumin. Keep on med-low heat. In saucepan, fry bacon and drain. Then add garlic, white and green onion to caramelize. Add to soup mixture. Add diced sweet heat jalapeños. Keep on med- low for about 45 min stirring occasionally. Serve and top with some cilantro and shredded cheese if desired. YUMMY GOOD!!

Best Ever Pulled Pork

​4-5 lb Pork roast
Half jar marinade
14 oz can of chicken broth
1 white onion sliced
2 tbsp of minced garlic

Put onion and garlic on top of roast after you add liquids.

6 hours on low in crockpot

Shred and add a little bbq sauce!

Chicken Burritos with B&G Sweet Heat Peppers

Chicken tenders 2-3 per person

Large can red enchilada sauce

3/4 cup Sweet Heat Marinade

1/2 cup diced Sweet Heat Peppers

Cook chicken in red enchilada sauce and the marinade. Once cooked shred and add sauce from pan to the chicken, about 1 cup. Cut up lettuce, tomatoes, make guacamole, and dice the peppers. Get a tortilla and load up your burrito and enjoy! :)
